Fishing at Trulls Hatch

Fishing at Trulls Hatch

On this page we give some pointers on how, when and where to catch the fish. Much depends on the time of the year, weather, equipment being used and finally and perhaps most importantly, your own ability. Much of the information given has been gleaned from the Bailiffs, who themselves regularly fish the various venues. For the protection of our waters against poaching, we have not identified precisely each venues location.

The Trulls complex consists of three lakes in a quiet woodland setting. The larger lake hold carp of 20 lbs + and Pike of 20 lbs + as well as roach, rudd, bream and tench. The smaller two lakes hold carp, rudd, perch and tench.

Carp up to 14lb, Perch 2lb+, Pike 23lbs+ and Tench 9lbs.

Parking: see Rule book.

The most peaceful venue owned by the club, fishing in a wooded, tranquil setting surrounded by wildlife while catching decent Tench, Roach and Rudd. Large Carp nosing around all day but easily spooked.
